What this site collects

When you talk to Genius, the intake agent on our home page, your messages are sent to our server and to Anthropic (the AI provider that powers Genius) to generate replies. If you share contact details — your name, email, company, or role — Genius packages them, along with a summary and transcript of the conversation, into a brief for the Simple Genius team.

If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you send through those channels.

Where it goes

Conversation briefs are delivered to the Simple Genius team through our own automation pipeline and email. We use the information to respond to your inquiry and prepare for a conversation with you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the service providers that process it on our behalf (AI inference, email delivery, hosting).

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising trackers or cross-site cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting, cookieless service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not profile individual visitors.

Retention and removal

We keep inquiry details for as long as they're relevant to a potential or ongoing engagement. Want your conversation or contact details deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll remove them.
